How a device seat works
A seat is a device signed in to your account, in any mix you like. Six iPhones counts the same as two phones, two tablets and two computers. Remove a device and the seat frees up straight away.

Questions about billing
How does billing work
You are charged once per period, on the date you started. Monthly renews monthly, quarterly every three months, household once a year.
Can I cancel
Yes, from your account settings, or from the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed through a store. You keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
Can I use one plan on a phone and a laptop
Yes. The household plan covers 6 devices in any mix. Sign in with the same account on each one.
What happens if I go over my device count
Nothing stops working. AVO asks you to remove a device or move up a plan the next time you add one.
Is there a free version
Installing and running a first scan is free on every platform. Fixing what it finds, and the ongoing protection, need a plan.
